A lot of listeners are sick to death of radio’s tight repetitive playlists. Many listeners feel radio has gotten worse over the past 10 years. Every radio station runs an extremely tight playlist, even variety formats like Oldies, Classic Hits and Mainstream ACs. When you play the same 300 songs over and over again, what were great songs that everyone loved, become mediocre songs with a lot of burn to the passionate fans.

So the sad fact is a lot of radio’s formats have burned their core library to the ground and are extremely vulnerable to attack, especially tight playlisted gold based formats like AC, Classic Hits, and Oldies.

Our Music Is Fresh
Most of the music we play has been rested for a while and hasn’t been overplayed, and is an immediate fresh alternative to the “variety” radio stations in the marketplace.

We Live Here
ALLHITSFM, which primarily lives in the 1964-2006 era, comes in with a playlist of fun, fresh songs and a fun positioning attitude. It simply takes the variety position away from other stations in the market.
